The Absci headquarters reflect the growing biotech firm’s mission to revolutionize the biopharmaceutical industry. Bora’s transformation of a concrete warehouse into a bold and dynamic facility seamlessly infused Absci’s DNA into key spaces to reinforce company culture and attract new talent.  

Absci’s personality and company values are woven into spaces designed for both work and play. In the lab area, our team incorporated Absci illustrations and a continuous line graphic throughout, reinforcing brand recognition and representing the never-ending journey to create the impossible. 

A custom wall graphic in the all-staff game lounge play to a subtly branded theme of adventure. Taking cues from the firm’s conference rooms named after NASA missions, it reminds Absci employees and visitors to enjoy the adventure and the endless possibilities of the unknown—both deeply ingrained core values of the company. The dog Penelope, Absci’s Chief Morale Officer, is featured in the artwork.
