Bora proudly announces the hire of Associate and Project Designer Amelie Reynaud, AIA. Amelie comes to us with 15+ years of experience in award-winning design on a range of projects, including education, libraries, housing, and workplace. Attentive to how people experience and engage space, she expertly leverages programming to deliver projects that are thoughtfully rooted in their context, landscape and communities. By bringing equitable engagement, design justice and sustainable practices to her project teams, she consistently raises the bar in thinking holistically about the built environment and its impact.
Having risen quickly in her career for her exceptional design skills, Amelie is a passionate advocate and mentor for emerging women in architecture, has served on multiple design juries, and was named a DJC Woman of Vision in 2022. As a creative professional who leads with both empathy and conviction, she is currently serving as a designer on Bora’s all-female team modernizing Ida B. Wells High School.
