Our core and shell adaptation of the iconic YMCA building we designed 40+ years ago into a modern workplace is featured in ArchDaily, showcasing its fresh identity for the future. Winner of a recent AIA Oregon Merit Award, our design peeled back playcourt walls around the indoor track to reveal the full scale of the double-height spaces, the warm timber structure, and sweeping views to the adjacent park.
