Just weeks from completion, the new $35 million Billman Music Pavilion for Michigan State University expands the College of Music’s capacity by more than 40% with acoustically superior performance halls, light-filled rehearsal spaces and flexible teaching and practice rooms. “It’s going to be transformational,” says Bora Design Principal Stephen Weeks. “The quality of the rehearsal environment is really going to be world-class.”
