New Promotions at Bora

We’re proud to recognize the following designers for their contributions to our practice and dedication to the profession.

Natalie Kish, AIA, has been promoted to Associate Principal at Bora. Natalie has nearly 15 years of experience building a portfolio of award-winning K-12 education and community-based projects. Currently serving as Bora’s project manager for our modernization of Portland Public Schools’ Jefferson High School, she brings unflappable clarity and leadership to large, complex projects, bolstered by her ability to drive consensus and unite people around design.

Alisha Borden, IIDA, and Jeff Goldblatt, AIA, LFA, CPHB, have been promoted to Associate.

Alisha is an interior designer with a decade of experience on workplace, library, higher ed, and community development projects. Her research-based design skills were instrumental to shaping Bora’s studio at Volta, honored as an IIDA Oregon “Best in Show” winner. Dedicated to knowledge sharing and mentorship, Alisha is a generous champion of people-centered design.

Jeff has 13 years of expertise as an architect focusing on education and community-based projects. A proven leader currently overseeing construction administration for our Peaceful Villa housing development, he collaborates seamlessly with stakeholders, bringing design to life with precision, sustainable innovation, and a commitment to healthy and enduring spaces.
