Steph Taylor is Bora’s HR Manager who effectively combines her care for people with her ability to manage multiple moving parts through creative solutions. While also overseeing firm staffing and contracts, Steph advocates for equity and work/life balance, enabling all of us to thrive on the daily!
Kayce Joyce, IIDA, NCIDQ, is an interior designer adept at curating environments that focus on connectivity and the human experience. A hardworking achiever who thrives on productivity, Kayce recently served as Lead Interior Designer for the OSU Withycombe Hall Renovation and also manages Bora’s recruiting efforts.
Scott Mooney, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is an architect committed to bridging design excellence and environmental stewardship through innovative solutions. With a portfolio of large-scale educational and civic work, Scott is a thought leader and community advocate currently serving as Project Designer for the PPS Jefferson High School modernization.
