We’re thrilled to celebrate the start of construction for Legin Commons—a new student-centered, affordable housing community located on the Portland Community College Southeast campus. Targeting completion in 2026, this community-focused development is a collaboration with Our Just Future and APANO and will help build social and economic capacity in one of Portland’s most diverse neighborhoods.
