To all our LGBTQIA+ colleagues, friends, family, and collaborators near and far, we hope that this Pride month is one of joy and affirmation. As we strive to build a culture that supports and honors the beautiful diversity of our communities, we recognize that Queer and Trans voices, especially BIPOC ones, are often the voices that are most marginalized by our dominant cultural systems. While we are immensely proud of our LGBTQIA+ team members, we know we have more work to do ourselves to be a strong ally.
