Bora Architect Emily Wilson, AIA, was recently featured in a six-part video series produced by the Softwood Export Council, with support from the U.S. Forest Service Wood Innovation Grant. In this series, Emily explores the benefits of mass timber in architecture, highlighting its impact on Bora’s Multnomah County Library Holgate project.
By incorporating mass timber, the project achieved cost savings, a reduced seismic load, and a warm, inviting environment for library patrons.
