Last week, Bora participated in the annual LearningSCAPES conference, right here in our hometown of Portland, Oregon! Our team members Miguel Hidalgo, Amy Running, Mark Schopmeyer, and Amy Donohue shared their insights through presentations on three key projects: Lincoln High School, “More Than A Meal: Transforming High School Culture Through Inclusive Dining Spaces“; Creekside Community High School: “A Community High School Centering the Non-Traditional Student“; and De La Salle North Catholic High School, “How an All-Hands Approach Empowered an Underserved School Community.“
In addition, conference attendees had the opportunity to tour Lincoln High School and Art Rutkin Elementary. It was a fantastic event that brought together education and design professionals from around the country to exchange ideas and explore innovative approaches to learning environments.
