We are thrilled to announce the hire of Associate and Senior Project Designer Scott Barton-Smith, AIA, LEED AP BD+C. Scott brings 30 years of industry experience for a range of markets spanning from higher education to research labs. Inspired by the power of design to make a difference in people’s lives, Scott is a hands-on, approachable leader and strong relationship-builder.
In more recent years Scott has honed a deep expertise in mass timber, pioneering precedent-setting projects and speaking internationally about the material’s aesthetics and sustainability. His leadership is well-respected within the industry and will be instrumental to the design of his first project with Bora, PPS Jefferson High School.
