We are so excited to announce the hire of Architects Sarah Spielman, AIA, LFA (left), and Natalie Mutchler, AIA (right). Welcoming the two East Coasters to the West Coast, we are thrilled these talented designers have joined our practice.
Sarah Spielman, Architect, grew up in Montana but comes to us most recently from the “other” Portland (Maine)! Sarah brings experience across a variety of project types, including high-end residential work and wellness centers. As a lifelong learner, she is interested in building science with a drive to create beautiful spaces through an equitable design process. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies and Art History from Tufts University, an AAS in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design, and an M.Arch from UT Austin.
Natalie Mutchler, Architect, comes to us from Washington D.C., where she spent thirteen years building a portfolio of award-winning K-12 education and community-based projects. As a project manager, Natalie is adept at guiding the lifecycle of a project from concept through realization, motivated by a love to see design embody the values of the community it serves. She is a highly effective communicator and collaborator with the ability to manage multiple complex responsibilities at once. Natalie earned a B.Arch from Virginia Tech.
