Intending to direct public and private development and investment, The North Pearl District Master and LEED certification Plan was created. It details updates to the portion of the Pearl District north of NW Lovejoy Street.

Initially, the project began as the request by developers for additional floor area and height allowances within the Pearl District. After 18-months, the plan was finally complete. Made possible through extensive public outreach process, engaging a diverse group of stakeholders in the evaluation.
