As an ever-evolving design practice in a rapidly changing industry, Bora announces two key leadership hires that will augment our mission to shape the built environment and its communities through design excellence and innovation.
Robert Hoang, Associate Principal
Director of Marketing & Business Development
Bora welcomes Robert to the firm as Director of Marketing & Business Development. Robert brings a long history of successful design leadership, having implemented national marketing and communication strategies for several prominent architectural firms, including Texas-based Lake|Flato Architects. In his role at Bora, Robert will work closely with the Principals and emerging leadership group to guide the future of the firm, mobilizing talent and championing mentorship to build upon Bora’s national reputation for design excellence, innovative project delivery, and sustainability.
Matthew Kwiatkowski, Associate Principal
Chief Financial Officer
Matthew joins Bora as our new Chief Financial Officer, ensuring the practice is fiscally stewarded through both stability and growth as it evolves with our changing economy. Matthew will help integrate various aspects of our firm to promote nimble financial decisions and best practices. He brings nearly two decades of experience guiding West Coast design firms in a financial and business management capacity, including a previous seven-year tenure at Bora, and has developed a deep base of knowledge of the broader Architecture/Engineering/Construction community in the region.
Together these hires represent a new chapter for Bora as we look toward propelling our practice for the future, especially in a post-COVID world. Their efforts to align our business and marketing decisions will ultimately equip us to further our design impact in the communities we serve.
