Applicant’s cover letter and resume should address previous experience with the following

Cultivate and maintain relationships with past, present and future clients

Establish Architect/Consultant contracts, fees, scope of work, and reviews invoices

Develop detailed work plans and schedules with all meetings, milestones and deliverables

Co-facilitate all owner/architect work sessions and charrettes

Co-lead Program and Program Refinement phase

Communicate contractual requirements and project goals

Project planning including travel and coordinating multi-office or multi-firm teams

Assist in developing design concepts and alternatives and leadership in refinement of design direction and details

Co-lead Value Engineering with Principal in Charge, efforts to assure compliance with the budget and program

Facilitate client reviews and approvals

Evaluate bids and assist with owner/contractor contracts

On-going involvement in Construction Administration and team coordination

Contribution to office activities, initiatives and learning programs
